Hellllllo FLY Friends!!

Happy Summer! What a great day, week, and year to be alive! I’m currently riding high from the heart bursting JOY I experienced from our FiTCrawl 2019. Dez from S2dio did a bang up job bringing FLY Wellness, Pure Athletics, PASH Yoga, S2dio, and Supplement World together for a day of super awesome fun for 16 women. The common thread….COMMUNITY.

This is exactly what I shout from the rooftops through F.L.Y. Wellness!! I feel it’s so important to surround ourselves with like-minded, uplifting, supportive, fun people. The kind of people you trust. The kind of people who walk beside you or even carry you when you might not know you need it.

In saying this, the opportunity to be surrounded by said people is knocking on your September AND October doors!!

I’ve decided to switch it up a bit and hold two, one month sessions. I’ve been asking a lot of questions to determine what this type of ridiculously awesome community would prefer. One thing is the length of time to commit.

We all have busy lives. I know some women find it difficult making time for self care. You tend to lose yourself in the shuffle of kids, partners, meals, work, and school. I’m here to tell you you cannot serve your people from an empty vessel. You need to look yourself in the eye (in the mirror😉), and know you’re worth feeling good about you. 

One of the best ways to achieve this is through community, nature, and fitness. Think of the JOY you feel after you’ve spent time with friends. Now consider how you feel after exercise. NOW remember what it’s like to be outside.

To register for September and/or October, you will need to fill out the Par-Q segment on this website. This is my insurance and confirmation for numbers. There will be 15 spots available per month.

I will confirm the class schedule (days and times), as well as the class format Monday July 22nd.
